We made it through the holidays!
We had a quiet Christmas with just the three of us. Arden received lots of toys and clothes - just what she needed!
On the 31st, Amber's parents came to town for a visit. We had a great time!
Arden keeps growing! She now weighs over 15 lbs and can sit up almost entirely on her own. She isn't crawling yet, but is able to wiggle herself around to get to toys. If supported, Arden can also stand up and keep herself standing.
Near January 1st we started Arden on solid foods. She now eats rice cerial, apple sauce, banana, and avocado!
We've started putting her down in her crib at night (to start) in the hopes of transitioning her out of the swing. We'd love to reclaim part of our bedroom space!
Next week, Kyle's mother visits for 4 days - more special treatment for Arden!
